Anthracite Place Apartments is a brand new workforce apartment property located at 513 Belleview Avenue in downtown Crested Butte. The property is income restricted currently for households of 1 making below $28,920/yr; households of 2 making under $33,060/yr; households of three making under $37,200, etc. No pets.
Brand new units featuring luxury plank floors, in-unit washer/dryers, dishwasher, glass-top stoves, in-floor heating, on-site parking with a central location in downtown Crested Butte. Pre-Applications for the Anthracite Place Apartments Waitlist can be picked up at the GVRHA offices at 202 E. Georgia Avenue in Gunnison, Crested Butte Town Hall at 507 Maroon Avenue in Crested Butte, or you can print and complete a pre-application by following the link on the bottom of this page.
Completed applications can be accepted by Gunnison Valley Regional Housing Authority staff. They can be hand-delivered to Chris Peterson Crested Butte Town Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10 am and 2 pm, and our Gunnison office at 202 E. Georgia Ave – Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
